Terms of Use

Accounts

• Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, the law, or harm other users.

Buying

• Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings and include the Farman Mall service fee. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the payment time limit.
• Each item is sold and delivered by its seller. Confirm delivery in the app once you receive your order.
• If an order is not delivered or is not as described, open a dispute from the order page and we will help resolve it, including refunds where due.

Selling

• Shops are reviewed before they can sell. Sellers must list only genuine, legal products with honest descriptions and prices, and deliver on time.
• Sellers receive the price they set. Farman Mall adds a service fee to the customer price for the product category.
• Earnings become available after delivery is confirmed. Withdrawals carry a 5% fee, taken from the amount withdrawn.
• We may remove products or suspend shops that break these terms.

Prohibited items

Illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous goods, weapons, drugs, and anything that requires a licence the seller does not hold.

Liability

• Farman Mall connects buyers and sellers and handles payments; the seller is responsible for the product and its delivery.
• We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
